The Light Swami Vivekananda (2013) Official Theatrical Trailer


Storyline:

The film portrays the life history of Swami Vivekananda with some told and untold stories in his journey in search of god. The film shows the transformation of the young restless child to a matured individual who sacrificed the worldly Pleasures for the sake of god. The film starts with the childhood days of the Swami and how his life changes after he meets lord Ramakrishna Paramhans. The film also shows how lord Ramakrishna plays a Pivotal role in the life of Swami Vivekananda in transforming him into a great Hindu guru. Simultaneously, the film also highlights his travel across the world showcasing the rich spiritual heritage of India. The famous speech of swami Vivekananda at the world religion council at Chicago has also been highlighted in this biopic. The film concludes with Swami Vivekananda discussing the foundation of "Ramkrishna Math" and his subsequent submission to mahasamadhi. The feature film is produced as a bilingual with Bengali & Hindi versions. There is an English version to be released for the international audience.

Storyline:

Hari, a 30-year-old taxi driver, lives in a small town in the Himalayan foothills of India. He is getting married to Suman, a girl he has never met. Two years ago, his father arranged the match. Tradition dictates that Hari and Suman will only see each other on the day of their wedding. But Hari has found another way to get to know her: on the mobile phone. He worries about how it will be when they finally meet. Hari and Suman see each other properly for the first time during the wedding ceremony. Storyline:
The movie opens to a busy downtown street (in New York city). The passing pedestrians notice something very alarming. It's a Desi (Indian) holding a visible sign. Sign states "BOMB here!!!". As the situation turns tense, we Flashback to a few days before this alarming incident takes place. The guy with the Bomb Sign (Xavier), along with Dev do odd jobs because of their illegal immigration status in the USA. They their own troubled past that is preventing them from returning to India. The roller-coaster begins when AJ, their friend is mysteriously abducted to which Sonia is a witness. Dev and Xavier along with Sonia has no option but to take matters in their own hands. Soon many interesting situations and characters overlap creating the various plot twists that balances between being menacingly serious and the way reality flies at you; as it races to provide insight into AJ's abduction and Why was Xavier seen holding the 'Bomb' sign. The best part is saved for the finale surprise uplifting ending (Jai-Ho style).
